New York Licensed Health Educator

A company is looking for a Health Educator (Remote in NY).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage health education programs under the direction of the Manager, Health Education

Research and create health education and disease management materials in collaboration with Quality Improvement staff

Engage members in health promotion and coordinate care through various outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a health-related area or equivalent education and experience

2 years of experience in Health Education

Adaptability and flexibility to change

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of the Medicaid population is preferred
