A company is looking for a Senior End User Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary engineer and Level 3 support for MDM, VDI, and TAM tools and processes
Partner with technical administrators and business partners to administer technology that meets internal customer needs
Contribute to product selection activities and analyze existing deployments for optimization
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience architecting or engineering End User Computing Technologies
Technical expertise in Device Management, Technology Asset Management, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or equivalent experience preferred
Strong experience with common scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Understanding of SSO and MFA tools
