Duties / Responsibilities :

• Design & Develop test cases and test suites focusing on efficiency and maintainability strategically designed for Automation.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests on IPTV, VoIP, internet, network-based services and customer facing Mobile / Web Solutions.
• Create and maintain strategic core test plans with meaningful test steps and expected results based on product requirements and User Stories.
• Create actionable Defects collaborating across stakeholders on priority and criticality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to verify issue resolution and ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Participate and contribute in Agile team activities including daily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Produce a consistent Daily Status Report and Sprint End Reports with meaningful KPIs
• Support Deployment Testing including smoke and sanity tests during Production Releases.
• Validate system performance, UI / UX behavior, accessibility, error handling, and service reliability across devices.
• Leverage various QA and Agile KPIs to continuously improve the QA processes, tools, best practices and overall QA strategy
• Learn and Contribute to Automation Frameworks and efforts using Selenium, Appium etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
