Controls Project Engineer

ACES s is seeking a Controls Project Engineer to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for applying engineering principles and practices for work on assigned projects and for creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings, and validation of system operation. Works directly on the project team to perform project commissioning and startup.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creating installation drawings, submittal drawings, as-built drawings and final validation of system operation.
• Responsible for designing and estimating activities utilizing direct digital controls and automation systems for comfort control and energy savings.
• Assists project team as required
• Reviews equipment submittals for incorporation into design.
• Responsible for the sequence of operations which meet the project requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing contract documents and conducting job surveys.
• Manages multiple projects.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communication with staff, as needed, and providing customer feedback.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
