job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProgram, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, and MES systems Perform preventive maintenance and backups for plant control systems Support electrical troubleshooting; assist with mechanical / instrumentation issues Design / update HMI / MMI screens for equipment interfaces Maintain documentation for PLC, VFD, and control system updates Perform audits / calibration of instrumentation / circuitry Install / test / repair pneumatic / mechanical instruments as needed Maintain electrical systems / components across the plant Order parts / components for repairs / installations AS or BS in Electrical Engineering or related field 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs (SLC500, PLC5, ControlLogix) Experience with Wonderware InTouch / InTrack Skills in AutoCAD Electrical, SQL, MS Office Understanding of industrial controls and electrical systems up to 480V Familiarity with NEC, NFPA-70E, and ISA standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Experience in food manufacturing industry Familiarity with VFDs, industrial networks (TCP / IP), and server security

- Salary Range : 80,000 - 85,000 per year
- Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, 401k match, PTO, and other
- Hour : 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
