Offer specialized O&D training for Level 1 staff members during O&D hours to enhance their observation and direction skills, ensuring they're prepared to support and manage our clients effectively. Provide case supervision for assigned clients, including creating and overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conducting assessments, and offering ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and staff members. Help monitor, implement training programs, and enhance service quality at our centers by reviewing session notes, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines, and participating in quality assurance initiatives. Work closely with our clinical team, including other Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), therapists, and administrative staff, to ensure a unified approach to client care and staff development.

As a BCBA, you'll supervise and support therapists working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing training, guidance, and clinical direction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality care, effective program implementation, and strong collaboration with parents.
Requirements :
Assessment and Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using DHS-approved tools.
- Develop, review, and update the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) at least every 6 months or as needed, and for onboarding new clients.
