A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LBA) for a full-time in-clinic role with one remote workday per week.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and analyze client progress using data
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and team members
Qualifications
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Active BCBA and / or LBA certification (required)
Experience designing and managing ABA programs
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
