Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Catalog Content Analyst to join our automotive aftermarket Catalog team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating and maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent product content for automotive aftermarket parts in alignment with industry data standards. This role will also be responsible for generating and delivering customer-ready catalog files, supporting a variety of e-commerce platforms, data receivers, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, create, maintain, and validate product data in accordance with PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) guidelines.

Leverage Microsoft Access to regularly audit and troubleshoot large catalog datasets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry and customer-specific standards.

Prepare, format, and deliver catalog files to key customers, distribution partners, and e-commerce platforms.

Compile, track, and report data completeness metrics related to PIES and PADB (Product Attribute Database) content, ensuring internal teams have visibility into coverage gaps, load progress, and areas requiring attention.

Monitor Auto Care Association updates to stay compliant with evolving PIES standards and best practices.

Assist in process improvements and automation related to catalog content and file generation.

Support internal teams with data-related inquiries.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in product content management within the automotive aftermarket

Proficiency in Microsoft Access

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, data management, or a related field

Strong knowledge of PIES data standards and cataloging practices

Hands-on experience with PartCat or similar catalog data platforms

Experience working with customer PIM (Product Information Management) systems
