The Opportunity :

• We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic senior employment litigation attorney to join our team.
• Our ideal candidate has 6+ years’ experience in litigating employment law cases in the state of California.
• The role entails participating in all aspects of employment law litigation defense including drafting pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, drafting discovery and review and analysis of responses, meaningfully participating in and contributing to overall strategy from case inception to completion, taking depositions, engaging in negotiations, legal research and writing, representing clients before courts and administrative agencies, and networking / marketing.
