Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or RN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated  Nurse (LPN or RN)  to join a caring team environment that prioritizes resident wellness, dignity, and comfort.You’ll provide hands-on clinical care, guide caregivers, and ensure each resident receives the highest level of attention and respect.

What You’ll Do

Deliver and document high-quality nursing care and medication administration

Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the care team and physicians

Provide education and emotional support to residents and families

Participate in care planning, evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents

Support and mentor caregivers to foster teamwork and consistency in care

What You Bring

Active  LPN or RN license  (state licensure required)

Minimum  1 year of clinical nursing experience  (senior living or long-term care preferred)

Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting
