We are seeking an energetic, detail-driven professional to lead our global parts and export operations, connecting manufacturing to the world and ensuring every shipment is flawless.

Why this role matters : In this high-impact position, you translate complex technical requests from concept to reality, ensuring every quote, order, and delivery is accurate, compliant, and on time. Your work keeps our customers delighted, our features flawless, and our global reputation growing—while advancing your career at the heart of international manufacturing, logistics, and export innovation.

Key Outcomes (first 90–120 days) :

• Quote cycle time : =2 business days standard, =5 days for technical alternates
• 100% export documentation compliance (CI / PL, HS codes, CoO, licenses)
• OTIF (On Time In Full) = 95%; zero preventable customs holds
• Pricing hygiene : validate / seed QuickBooks pricing for top 200 SKUs
• Clerk cross-trained for seamless PTO / coverage
