Primary Purpose
The Finance Manager is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for delivering strategic financial insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow optimization. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Corporate Shared Services, and Executive Leadership to provide actionable analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
The Finance Manager will lead the analysis of key performance indicators, prepare business cases, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical financial expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions
Partner with business leaders across departments to manage and optimize financial performance.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and present business cases to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial analysis and reporting, ensuring results are communicated quickly and effectively.
Act as a financial subject matter expert, training and advising leaders on interpreting and applying financial data.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; monitor progress against goals.
Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure consistency in financial objectives, reporting, and methodology.
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
Partner with FP&A leadership on continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Travel of up to 15%.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education Level : Minimum 4 year / bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Preferred Other MBA, CPA or CMA.
Experience : Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in finance or FP&A experience. Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis. Experience in a multi-location or multi-division organization preferred.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial performance to operational outcomes.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Tableau experience a plus (training available).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Salary Range : $89,500.00 - $134,200.00 / year

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
