Lead, Product Manager

L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a Lead, Product Manager to join our growing Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment Missile Solutions Sector facility in Orange, Virginia. The Lead, Product Manager is a key product-centric leadership role that reports into site leadership and is also the liaison between the program office and the Orange facility. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to achieve a product line's delivery, quality, and cost goals.

Essential Functions :

• Manage all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production.
• Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain, and IT.
• Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute program requirements relative to delivery, quality, schedule, cost, and performance.
• Interface with site leadership, program management, and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.
• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Travel : 10%
