DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
At least one year of experience as a receptionist at a veterinary practice, as well as previous experience with a multi-line telephone system, is preferred but not required.
YOUR CALLING AS OUR VETERINARY FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE :
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and their pets. You will warmly greet and check in clients, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere during each visit. You will promptly answer calls, providing clear information and empathetic responses about our services and pet care. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations, as well as maintaining accurate patient records. You will also handle client payments and assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed. It will be your responsibility to keep the waiting area tidy and inviting, creating a comfortable environment for all visitors.
