Essential Job Functions :
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for the marketing and sales departments
- Gather information, organize data, schedule meetings and conferences, and handle travel arrangements for the marketing department
- Serve as resource to assist with completing large marketing projects
- Collaborate with internal customers to develop innovative ways of gaining exposure for company products
- Work closely with internal team to identify pieces to be displayed on the retail sales floors
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs created to enhance and grow the brand of the company
- Help in the development of ways to improve marketing campaigns and monitor active marketing programs
- Perform analysis from questionnaires to understand the needs of customers
- Send out communication that the Brand Manager has approved
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

Major in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, other related majors within the fieldEntering Junior or Senior yearSelf-motivatedStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication (verbal and written)Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsRespectful of employees and customersProficient in Microsoft Office, Pack Office, Google Drive tools / programsHighly organized, and can manage time wellAll team members are expected to follow the Code of Conduct to the highest standards as well as to adhere to the Attendance Policy of VT Industries.Physical Requirements
Tolerance for sitting long periods of time. Possess finger dexterity to write, type, and use a calculator. Maintain adequate vision to view small print and computer terminal. Ability to speak and hear, walk throughout facilities with occasional light lifting (25 pounds), stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching with hands and arms required. Ability to travel between multiple facilities as required to perform core job duties.
