Expand hyperscale leasing with targeted accounts and support peers' transactions

Refine and deliver leasing concepts to key tenants while broadening client relationships

Required Qualifications

Deep experience leasing complex data center real estate services to hyperscale users

Ability to manage complex lease, development, and service agreements

Experience with build-to-suit leases and collaboration with development and operations teams

Capability to operate autonomously and prepare executive-friendly content

Proven record of excellent customer service and effective representation of company values
