What You’ll Do As a Project Sales Representative – Electronic Security, you will focus on selling security solutions including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems. Your role will be to identify opportunities, design custom solutions, and close deals that meet the unique needs of each client. Key Responsibilities : Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, cold calls, and participation in industry events. Assess client needs and design tailored electronic security solutions. Deliver professional proposals and presentations to decision-makers. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project close. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive future sales opportunities. Partner closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of calls, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends. What We’re Looking For We are seeking industry-experienced sales professionals who understand the technical and regulatory requirements of electronic security systems and can confidently guide clients through complex projects. Performance Metrics : Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed key metrics : 25 outbound calls per day to develop new business. Regular follow-up appointments to build relationships and close deals. Annual project quota : $1.2 million, set annually and communicated each January.
