Salary : $110 - $150k

We are looking for an Assurance Manager to lead our assurance services and help us expand in the audit space.

We are a comprehensive financial services firm specializing in serving family enterprises and privately held businesses. We go beyond traditional accounting to offer a full range of services, including tax, assurance, wealth planning, and ownership transition advice. While we are highly experienced in financial statement reviews and compilations, we are strategically looking to grow our audit practice. This is a unique opportunity for an audit professional to come in, lead that growth, and be on a partner track within the next 3-4 years.

What You'll Do

• Lead Audit Engagements : Manage and execute all stages of audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring all financial data is reliable and meets applicable reporting standards.
• Build Client Relationships : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Grow the Practice : Work closely with firm leadership to expand our audit services and build a portfolio of new audit clients, particularly within the manufacturing, distribution, and private company sectors.
• Supervise and Mentor : Provide guidance and oversight to staff members, helping to develop their skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality assurance services.
• Provide Strategic Guidance : Use your expertise to help clients identify strengths and weaknesses in their financial reporting and internal control systems.

What We're Looking For

Work Environment

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, with managers typically working from the office 2-3 days a week. We are a small firm with a close-knit, family-like feel and are looking for someone to join our team by the end of the year.
