A hotel housekeeping supervisor inspector supervises the cleaning team, inspects guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met, trains and coaches' staff, manages inventory of cleaning supplies, and addresses guest requests to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas (like lobbies and hallways), and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
Provide coaching to staff on their performance, focusing on correcting deficiencies and ensuring they follow proper procedures and safety regulations.
Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, place orders, and ensure carts and closets are properly stocked within budgetary guidelines.
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, attendance, and inventory levels, and report on the status of rooms ready for occupancy.
Enforce company policies, safety and sanitation procedures, and departmental standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.
Handle communications (emails, radio calls) and potentially manage room keys, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
Excellent skills in managing time, organizing schedules, and coordinating daily tasks for efficient operations.
Strong focus on enhancing guest satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality, often with a background in a supervisory role.
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality or management training being a plus.
