Position
Sales Consultant (Inspire Communities)
What You'll Do
Showcase available homes, answer questions, and provide a seamless, supportive experience from first inquiry to move-in.
Manage sales and rental transactions, process applications, and ensure all necessary steps are completed for a smooth closing.
Foster connections with future and current residents to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Track sales, rentals, and industry trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Regularly inspect available inventory, maintain property aesthetics, and monitor signage to attract buyers.
Attend local association events and connect with community partners to expand outreach.
What We're Looking For
You have a passion for closing deals and helping people find the right home.
You can engage, persuade, and build trust effortlessly.
You're persistent and bounce back from setbacks with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
You anticipate and respond to customer needs with enthusiasm and care.
