Supply Chain Risk Management Leader

In this position, the purpose of this critical role is to strategically own, define, and deploy enterprise-wide strategies to proactively manage and mitigate supply chain risks that could potentially impact Ford Motor Company's global manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing organization, including Senior Managers and their teams, dedicated to resolving the most complex operational and financially distressed production supplier situations. You will develop and deploy comprehensive, data-driven risk mitigation frameworks aimed at protecting Ford's Vehicle and Powertrain production plants worldwide. This role requires you to lead the execution of strategic interim and permanent corrective actions with suppliers, ensuring a robust and resilient supply signal to Ford Motor Company, in direct alignment with Ford's Global Supply Chain Organization's strategic objectives. You will lead critical communications and strategic alignment across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and strategic suppliers, to safeguard production.
