We have openings in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.\n\nIn this role, you will : \n

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of nursing care are met.\n
• Assist in orienting new nursing staff, reinforcing training standards for excellent care quality.\n
• Motivate and mentor LPNs and CNAs to enhance their skills and performance.\n
• Provide guidance on nursing procedures and assist staff in developing their understanding and competencies.\n
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Nursing regarding resident assessments, staff activities, and any areas of concern.\n
• Monitor and evaluate residents' health, mental, and emotional well-being, promptly informing the physician and family of any significant changes.\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess : \n
• A degree from an accredited nursing school.\n
• Current RN licensure in the State.\n
• At least one year of nursing experience.\n
• A strong commitment to the principles of professional nursing.\n
• Skills in assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care and staff supervision.\n
• Patience and tact when interacting with residents and colleagues.\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n
• A genuine compassion for senior adults and individuals with disabilities.\n
• Strong human relation skills and the ability to guide and inspire others.\n
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.\n\nCompensation Pay Range : \n\n$36.90 - $46.93 per hour\n\nComprehensive Benefits Package : \n
