The Role We Want You For
The Payroll Processor is responsible for collecting timekeeping information and issuing pay-related information to employees. Creates and distributes paychecks in accordance with hours worked and corrects paycheck errors.
The Specifics of the Role
- Reviewing timesheets and processing union and non-union payroll for our concrete construction company, Concrete Strategies, on a weekly basis.
- Process termination / separation final wage payments in accordance with State regulated timeframes.
- Maintain Payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Resolve Payroll discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information.
- Maintain Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Prepare and submit weekly / monthly union reports.
- Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports on a weekly basis.
- Perform various account reconciliations and analysis.
- Special projects-other duties as assigned.
