Role Overview

This senior‑level position on the CXone Mpower AI platform product marketing team will help accelerate enterprise deals with high‑impact programs and materials focused on the power of the platform and its transformational AI capabilities.

Built in the cloud, CXone Mpower replaces legacy limitations with speed, scale, and innovation. It drives AI transformation across the enterprise by automating service from intent to fulfillment, augmenting the workforce with real‑time intelligence, and orchestrating workflows on one unified platform.

Responsibilities

• Effective collaboration across the organization with product management, pre‑sales, sales executives, product marketing colleagues and more
• High‑impact sales enablement content and programs, including training
• Differentiated and technically oriented Analyst Relations content for RFIs, briefings, etc.
• Engaging and precisely written and produced thought leadership including eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, etc.
• Ongoing oversight of designated AI platform elements, including web pages, sales collateral, etc.
• Strategic and collaborative work with customers for in‑person events and webinars
