A company is looking for a Talent Management and Employee Engagement Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer performance and succession planning standards and processes
Align competencies to performance reviews and implement expedited performance improvement processes
Consult with leaders on system-wide Performance and Succession Management programs and ensure integration with HR priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or 6 years of relevant experience
Understanding of healthcare business and care experience
Knowledge of human resources practices, laws, and regulations preferred
Familiarity with HR software, data analysis platforms, and talent management systems
Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are advantageous
