We are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Channel Manager to design, execute and optimize channel programs that drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role focuses on enabling channel partners to successfully sell and support the company's SaaS solutions.

This role is pivotal in expanding Promethean's reach by enabling and supporting our Channel Partners and Distributors. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop strategies to grow revenue through all channel partners.
  • Build partner onboarding programs, training, and co-marketing initiatives that support the company's SaaS solutions.
  • Drive indirect sales targets and manage forecasting and pipeline.
  • Educate and empower direct and indirect channel and distributor partners on Promethean's full portfolio of SaaS offerings.
  • Drive software sales through strategic partner engagement, training, go-to-market initiatives, and joint sales calls.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the channel eco-system.
  • Use partners to enter untapped markets, new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide insights, and support achievement of sales targets.
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service to ensure excellent customer experience.

Job Skills and Qualifications :

  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales management, preferably in a channel or partner-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Successful candidates will understand how partnerships fit into broader GTM strategy-not just revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve complex problems with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and performance dashboards.
  • Genuine passion for technology and a strong commitment to embody and promote the company's core values in every interaction.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Up to 50% travel with overnight stays required.
  • Base Range : $106,400 - $146,400 + Commission Eligible
