The Evening and Weekend Care Team Leader ensures ongoing communication with providers to assure appropriate management of the client's care

Position : Weekend Care Team Leader

Shift : Days; 2 out of 4 weekends; Hours are from 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 pm, possible 1 Friday evening per month from 5 : 00 - 9 : 00 pm

Experience :

3-5 year(s) of recent Home Care Nurse experience.

Education :

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures / Certifications :

1. PA RN license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required.

Requirements :

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
