Responsibilities

Kforce is seeking an Instrumentation Calibration Engineer in Oakland, CA. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 10 hours per day (7am-5 : 30pm). Occasionally, the engineer will need to respond quickly to field issues.

Team Overview :

Power Generation operates hydroelectric, fossil, solar, and battery storage facilities.

Summary

The Power Generation Asset Management Department aims to optimize asset risk, performance, and cost through understanding asset conditions for data-driven decision-making. Handles moderately complex issues and programs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead for Instrumentation Calibration and Maintenance within Power Generation assets; develop strategic plans.
• Support asset family and stakeholders on maintenance strategies, calibration, record control, training, process improvements, regulatory relations, and risk analysis.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality of Asset Management Systems throughout projects, coordinating stakeholders.
• Perform and review engineering analyses, studies, and designs to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project managers on contracts and proposals, ensuring technical compliance.
