About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : 1 year in specialty; 18 months considered with highest level of professional license

License : Registered Nurse license (State or Compact license, no temp licenses accepted)

Certifications : AHA BLS or Red Cross Certification

Must-Have :

• Associate degree in nursing
• 1 year of experience in the field of specialty

Description :

The position requires willingness to float to other units.

Candidates should be available for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Holidays are required as needed.

Every other weekend is also required.

This is a 36-bed unit caring for patients with kidney-related conditions.

Conditions may include acute or chronic kidney disease, which may require renal replacement therapy.

Nurses will be responsible for a 1 : 6 patient ratio.

The role involves post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis care.

Collaboration with nephrologists, family practice providers, and hospitalists is essential.

The team is dedicated to supporting patients through their entire journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
