ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who thrives on using data to solve complex problems and drive meaningful business impact. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in elevating performance across multiple teams by :

• Delivering actionable data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
• Leveraging AI tools and enablement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Building strategic business cases that support growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is not only highly analytical, but also passionate about connecting data to real-world outcomes, collaborating across teams, and challenging the status quo to uncover opportunities for improvement.

COMPENSATION :

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
