Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Technical Control Facility Trainer to assist the program's executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.
The Technical Control Facility Trainer will ensure all technical control facilities\' operational excellence and readiness. The Technical Control Facility Trainer must be a highly skilled individual responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of technical control operations, including secure and non-secure voice, data, optical, record, and digital message traffic services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the training program for technical control personnel responsible for the PPTCF and alternate facilities.
- Develop and implement training plans and conduct regular training programs in accordance with DISAC 310-70-1 standards.
- Responsible for the tech control training lab, ensuring it is equipped with relevant equipment and scenarios for hands-on training.
- Conduct weekly in-person training in the Tech Control training lab, simulating operational environments and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Monitor and track training status for all personnel, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Collaborate with other sections to ensure training aligns with operational needs and best practices.
- Provide monthly reports to the Client Leadership detailing the training status of all personnel.
- Must always adhere to strict security protocols and procedures.
- Ensure the Tech Control training lab is adequately configured and maintained, with all circuit and transport equipment updated and tested before deployment in the operational environment.
Qualifications / Experience
Active TS / SCI clearance5+ years' experience as a technical trainer in the military or government.Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong understanding of circuit engineering, telecommunications network management, and equipment maintenance.Experience with DoD regulations and procedures.Familiar with COMSEC handling procedures and secure terminal equipment.Education / Certifications
