Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff. Certified personal trainer with leadership experience. Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team. Integrity – We do what’s right, not what’s easy. Service – We put our teammates and members first in every interaction. Courage – We lead with strength, even in uncertainty. Responsibility – We take ownership of our roles, results, and relationships. Passion – We bring energy, purpose, and positivity to every space we enter. High School Diploma or GED required. Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred). Current CPR and AED. 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred). Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred). Successful personal sales experience (required).
