Technical Service & Support Representative, $20 / hr-Ft. Wayne

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your customer service and office skills shine? We’re looking for an experienced Technical support representative to step into a hybrid role as a Technical support technician. This position offers the perfect blend of office-based tasks and hands-on involvement on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities :

Answering and managing calls in a professional and timely manner

Handling customer inquiries and providing clear, effective resolutions

Performing general troubleshooting and assisting with shop floor tasks such as assembly

Managing basic office equipment

Filing, data entry, and record keeping

Maintaining an organized workspace and assisting with administrative needs

Qualifications :

Proven customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft office, email platforms)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

Comfortable transitioning between office and manufacturing / shop floor settings

Electrical knowledge is a plus!

This 1st shift position is great for someone who thrives in a versatile environment. Your day will include; assisting with administrative tasks to support the office and shop, managing phone calls, emails and communications, tackling issues that arise in the office and shop and providing overall support to the operations.
