About the company

Our client is a leading distribution company, supplying a wide range of foodservice clients, from restaurants to hospitals. They are seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their growing company on a hybrid schedule located in the Midtown.

Responsibilities of Entry-Level Accountant :

  • Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist during audits

Qualifications of Entry-Level Accountant :

  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • Recent grads welcome
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of ERP systems i.e QuickBooks, Mircosoft Dynamics, etc
