We’re looking for an inspiring Head of Sales – North America to take our healthcare technology growth story to the next level. In this remote leadership role, you’ll shape and execute a sales strategy that accelerates adoption of cutting‑edge cardiology solutions across the continent.
You’ll build, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales team—driving success through both direct and channel partnerships. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing complex deals, and developing innovative go‑to‑market strategies that make a measurable difference in healthcare outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Direct Sales Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team across all lead sources.
- Own and achieve individual sales targets while driving overall team success.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize revenue growth and product adoption.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with provider, clinical and administrative stakeholders, including referral partners, cardiology department heads, cardiologists, CIOs, and procurement teams.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging, deliver compelling product demos, and align solutions with customer needs.
Channel Sales Strategy
Train and enable reseller teams on product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.Onboard and manage reseller partners specializing in healthcare IT solutions.Collaborate on joint go‑to‑market strategies and incentive programs to drive partner engagement and optimize performance.Track and analyze channel sales metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify opportunities for growth.Strategic Planning & Execution
Forecast sales performance and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline across direct and indirect channels.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, and partner events to strengthen brand presence and foster new opportunities.Who You Are

You combine a deep understanding of cardiovascular healthcare IT with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams. You’re as comfortable developing strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to close key deals. You’re a natural communicator who earns trust quickly, a coach who brings out the best in others, and a results-driven professional who excels at navigating complex healthcare sales environments.
You Have
A strong understanding of direct and channel sales modelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesThe ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisionsLeadership and motivational strengths with proven success managing sales teams (3–5 years)At least 5 years of IT sales experience, ideally within healthcare technologyKnowledge of cardiovascular workflow and productivity solutionsA home office based in North AmericaAuthorization to work in the United StatesWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (up to 50%)Qualifications Plus!
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area (preferred)Experience selling cardiology solutions to hospital administration (preferred)Knowledge of pediatric cardiology workflows (preferred)Benefits
