About the Role

As a Commercial Transaction & Marketing Coordinator (internally called Client Services Coordinator), you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional marketing and administrative support to an assigned broker team. From project management to financial analysis support, you're the go-to guru for all things Commercial real estate. You have a passion for working with numbers, proposal creation and marketing client deliverables. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction administration task that comes your way.

Pursuant to state / local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information : Approximate Hourly Range for this Role : $26.00 / hour to $31.43 / hour. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
