Key Responsibilities
Administer the domestic and international relocation program, ensuring compliance with policies
Process compensation analysis requests from HR Business Partners and maintain records of new hire bonuses and retention awards
Run periodic reports for various departments and manage vendor invoices and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of administrative experience
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College Degree preferred
Preferred experience in Human Resources administration and a global corporate environment
