About Stillman Law Office :

Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation . We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Massachusetts . This position requires in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Massachusetts.
• Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels.

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required :

Delaware

Michigan

Connecticut

New Hampshire

Maryland

Washington, D.C.

Interview Process :

Candidates must complete an application prior to the interview.

Interviews will be conducted over the phone in lieu of on-site interviews.
