Role : Tableau Developer Location : Saint Louis, MO (Onsite) Contract

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end development of interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, translating complex data into easily understandable insights.
  • Communicate data insights to leadership from the development team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee and drive dashboard development ideation and creation through offshore Tableau resources, identifying and maximizing potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define requirements, and ensure data visualizations meet business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visualizations, and optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Select, train, and manage a team of Tableau developers, including overseeing offshore resources, and fostering their growth and skill development.

Skills Needed :

  • Proven experience in leading and driving dashboard development through a team, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to leadership and various stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge on SQL and BI Concepts
