What You'll Do
Manage our compensation and benefits programs so they're competitive, fair, and motivating.
Support salary benchmarking, market analysis, and annual compensation reviews .
Administer benefits like health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), FSA / HSA, and more.
Partner with HR and leadership to keep policies compliant and programs running smoothly.
Help employees understand their total rewards package and feel confident about their benefits.
Drive improvements to make our programs even better.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
Strong knowledge of pay structures, HRIS / payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
A detail-driven, confidential, and trustworthy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation : $75,000 - $90,000 Base
