Bilingual Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and / or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Bilingual Contact Center Representative Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and / or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to products or services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain customer information in various databases.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
