Bi-Lingual Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Consumer Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage consumer accounts and facilitate collections in compliance with FDCPA

Utilize systems and tools to maximize collection efficiency

Engage with clients to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding debts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience in collections

Knowledge of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practice Act)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to undergo extensive training in collections
