Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project alignment. Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management. Review and approve project documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety, quality, and progress. Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and provide proactive solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers to support team growth. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Proven success managing ground-up projects $10M+ in value. Experience in municipal, healthcare, higher education, community, or athletic facility construction strongly preferred. Strong tenure with reputable GCs (no job hopping). Proficiency in scheduling, project management software, and financial tracking tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Must be local to Oklahoma City or willing to relocate without assistance. Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience). Performance-based bonus opportunities.
