A company is looking for a Behavior Specialist- Fee for Service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, facilitate, document, and revise Behavior Support Plans in accordance with individual support plans and policies
Conduct observations and comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) for various behavioral issues
Collaborate with individuals, families, and teams to maintain and implement behavior support plans
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in behavioral health or a related field
Relevant certifications in behavior analysis or support
Knowledge of behavioral support planning and assessment techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
