job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in IT support or deskside support roles Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Customer-service oriented with a proactive and positive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering white glove service Preferred : Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) Preferred : Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP Preferred : Experience supporting mobile device management (MDM) platforms such as Intune Preferred : Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell) is a plus Provide deskside and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals with a white glove, customer-first approach Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and security updates Set up new user workstations, including imaging, account setup, and access provisioning Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage hardware lifecycle (deployment, repair, reclaim, and decommissioning) Collaborate with other IT teams (Help Desk, network, security, systems) to escalate and resolve complex issues Document support activities, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system Support video conferencing systems, printers, and other office technology Assist with onboarding / offboarding processes and IT orientation for new hires Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards Working conditions : On-site support required; occasional travel between office locations may be necessary; may require lifting and moving IT equipment (up to 50 lbs); participation in an on-call rotation or after-hours support may be required Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k)

This role involves providing white glove, hands-on technical support to end-users across the organization, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining workstations, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees.
