Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of client relationships and facilitate high-level decision-making
Manage the performance and financial health of a portfolio of assigned accounts
Continuously assess client experience and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong knowledge of the RCM industry
Proven track record of cultivating long-term relationships with clients
