Position Overview
The Sales Support Representative shall work provided and self-generated leads to find potential clients that might qualify for the Company's services. The Employee will collect all initial documentation required by the Company and qualify leads based upon the Company's workflow and guidelines. The Employee shall perform daily tasks such as, but not limited to, checking, and responding to emails, scheduling appointments with clients, make solicitation phone calls to potential clients, collect missing documents from clients, review client medical records, formulate a strategy for the clients, provide guidance for client's pre-C&P evaluation and provide generalized guidance to clients during the claim filing process.
