Job description :

Experienced Sushi Chefs needed to assist the head sushi chef / head chef in the supervision and production of sushi. Ensures that the function provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control.

Tribeca Rooftop & Tribeca 360° are high-profile, high-volume; upscale events & catering establishments located in Tribeca. We are seeking an event sushi chef to enhance our current culinary team!

Job Summary :

• 3 years’ experience
• Knowledgeable in handling and cutting sushi grade fish
• Proficient knife skills
• NYC Food Handler Certificate
• Bilingual preferred (English)
• Great Attitude
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Stores unused food properly to minimize waste and maximize quality
• Maintains proper storing temperatures according to the DOH regulations
• Assure proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are followed
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of the food preparation area
