Job Title : Sr Project Manager

Location : Onsite - Chicago

Salary Range : $140,000 – $160,000, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits

Overview :

A reputable construction firm with an excellent reputation and growing backlog in Chicago is seeking a dynamic Sr PM to oversee large portions of a key upcoming project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage procurement processes, including contract negotiations and material purchases.
• Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
