The Position

As an HCM & GP Onboarding Consultant you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM & GP product as well as strong commitment to customer experience.

As the first point of contact with the client and partnering with clients throughout their implementation, you will be the key driver of the successful implementation and exceptional client experience.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions in a fast-paced environment for enterprise clients.
• Experience in successful engagement with internal and external stakeholders of various seniority levels and from different areas of the business (IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, C-level)
• Customer focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into product solutions.
• Excellent project management and technical solutions delivery skills.
• Writes and speaks fluent English
• It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,850 USD - $114,550 USD. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
